MRWPCA customers enjoy some of the lowest wastewater rates in California. The MRWPCA residential increases since 1992 are just $1.80 per month — much less than the consumer price index during that period. 

One of our primary goals is to operate the treatment facilities as efficiently as possible, and we constantly seek new ways to minimize any cost increases.
